ED: An Evening with Bones at The Paley Center (May 9, 2011)

Last night at The Paley Center for Media, in California, the Bones cast got together with fans for "An Evening with the Bones Cast" and Emily was in attendance. Now that she's pregnant, there will probably be some maternity clothes on the horizon but for now - she's still wearning things she's always worn.

From  Yahoo:

"Emily admitted she hasn't struggled yet to find glamorous pregnancy clothes. "It's H&M," she said of her floaty maxi dress. "It's not officially maternity wear but I have found some as well, it's a whole new world!"

The purse, also H&M, is the same one that she used at the Fox All Star Party in January and her shoes are D&G.

Bones Style: The Passenger in the Oven

Sorry for the lack up updates, everyone. I haven't abandoned this blog; I've just been less than thrilled with the wardrobe choices that they've made for Brennan this season. It seems that in every episode, she wears the same thing: button down shirt, black pants/jeans and boots/shoes. Where have all the awesome dresses and outfits gone?

But I love hunting this stuff down, so I'm going to start searching for stuff from past episodes and other things Emily has worn to try to get my inspiration back.

First up, Brennan's sleep mask from Season 4's, The Passenger in the Oven.




During the opening scene, Brennan is wearing Bucky's 40 Blinks Mask Sleep Mask (Nouveau).

They retail for around $12, but they're definitely worth the money. My friend has one, and I tested it out, so I can vouch for its effectiveness :)

ED: Lunch @ M Cafe (September 29, 2009)

While out to lunch at M Cafe last year, Emily wore Loyale's Tara Blouse from the Spring 2009 collection, Cocobolo sunglasses from the "Zooey" collection (yes, as in Deschanel :p) by Oliver Peoples and her bag is a Mustard-Colored Japanese Paper Bag from Matt & Nat.

ED: 62nd Annual Emmy Awards / Look for Less: Emmy Dress & Clutch

Last night, Emily was one of the presenters at the 62nd Annual Emmy Awards at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles and she wore a grape colored tiered gown by Max Azria Atelier and a Pencil Box Clutch by Kathrine Baumann.

Max Azria Atelier is Max Azria's couture gown collection, created exclusively for celebrity clients and red carpet event, so there isn't a link to the dress online.

ED: Fox All Star Party (August 2, 2010)

At the Fox All Star Party at Pacific Park at the Santa Monica Pier on August 2, 2010, Emily wore a BCBG Max Azria Dress from the Fall 2010 Runway Collection, Satin Pumps by Stella McCartney and the D'Abo Mosaic Mirror clutch from Kotur.

Bones Style: Brennan's Jewelry

There are two main L.A-based designers they use to accessorize Brennan: Aklia Chinn of Aklia, and Kate Lindsay. There was even a Farm Sanctuary auction to bid on one of Kate Lindsay's necklaces, that was worn in a Season 4 episode, back a few years ago (pictured above on the right). But, they've been known to get jewelry from other designers as well. During another Season 4 episode, "The Skull in the Sculpture", she wore the Indigo Necklace by Laura Elizabeth (pictured on the left)
