TLFL: S6 Promo Poster Dress / S5 Dresses

The dress Emily wore in the new promo poster for Season 6 looks a lot like the dresses she wore in the Season 5 episodes, "The Predator in the Pool" and "The Witch in the Wardrobe". I still don't know who the actual designer is yet (so if you know, email me!) but here's a great alternative!

Right now, you can get the Safari shirt dress on sale at Coldwater Creek for $29.99 and if you use the promo code "WHH5841" you can save an additional 15% off.

Bones Style: Trench Coat in Cast Photos & Promo

In the Season 6 Cast photos, Emily is wearing the Floral Jacquard Trench Coat (in Bright Damson) from Burberry.. I recognized immediately, because I had seen it at TJ Maxx back a couple of months ago. :)

Bones Style: Brennan's Jewelry

There are two main L.A-based designers they use to accessorize Brennan: Aklia Chinn of Aklia, and Kate Lindsay. There was even a Farm Sanctuary auction to bid on one of Kate Lindsay's necklaces, that was worn in a Season 4 episode, back a few years ago (pictured above on the right). But, they've been known to get jewelry from other designers as well. During another Season 4 episode, "The Skull in the Sculpture", she wore the Indigo Necklace by Laura Elizabeth (pictured on the left)

Emily Deschanel Makes No “Bones” About Eco-Fashion

Emily Deschanel on her favorite eco-fashion designers.

“I love Loyale! I wear their tops a lot, and they have great everyday pieces, which I just adore. Bahar Shahpar has beautiful skirts and dresses. Other labels I like are Organic by John Patrick (another great label for everyday pieces), Linda Loudermilk (the mother of green design can be very inventive), and
 EcoSkin for casual dresses.

“For shoes, I love Beyond Skin, they have a wonderfully huge selection of shoes, I specifically love the vintage-y looking pieces. Olsenhaus is a new line I’m just loving. I’m obsessed with the holographic shoes!

“And then of course, Stella McCartney is the first big designer not to use leather. Her shoes are expensive but so worth it. They’re very well-made. Also, Cri de Coeur makes some great boots.”
